Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairperson, CCI delivered keynote address as Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session of CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice held at Hotel Taj Mahal, Mumbai. The theme of inaugural session was Evolving Competition Law Framework.

Dr. Sangeeta Verma, Member, CCI was Session Chair and Guest of Honour in Plenary Session I themed on 'Anti-Trust Law-Trends in Focus' at the CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice. Mr. Sachin Goyal, Joint Director was a panellist in Plenary Session I.

 

Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairperson, CCI was Session Chair in Plenary Session II themed on 'The Rise and Rise of M&As' at the CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice. Mr. Vipul Puri, Joint Director, CCI was panellist at the Plenary Session II.

 

 

Ms. Jyoti Jindgar Bhanot, Adviser and Secretary (I/c), CCI was Session Chair in Plenary Session III themed on 'Leniency, Settlements and Commitments' at the CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice.

 

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Adviser, CCI was Session Chair in Plenary Session IV themed on 'Mandate of Advocacy and Stakeholders' at the CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice.

 

Ms. Payal Malik, Adviser, CCI was Session Chair in Plenary Session V themed on 'Digital Markets and Emerging Technologies' at the CCI-CII National Conference on Competition Law and Practice.
