Ministry of Corporate Affairs Iconic Day Event, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi

Panel discussion on the topic ‘CCI – Merger control regime in India – Promoting competitive structures in markets’, held at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Iconic Day event at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairperson, CCI, Ms. Jyoti Jindgar Bhanot, Secretary (I/c) & Adviser (Antitrust Division) & Shri. Manish Mohan Govil, Adviser (Combination Division), represented CCI for the panel discussion.

Shri. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairperson, CCI, also participated in the plenary session on “Reform Measures in Corporate Governance, So Far and Way Forward” conducted under the MCA’s Iconic Day event.
