A State Resource Person Advocacy Programme was organised jointly by the State Resource Persons of Assam Shri Umesh Kumar and Tanuj Goswami on ‘Competition Law and Public Procurement’ for the officers of Eastern Command Battalion Headquarter of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Guwahati through virtual mode on 06.07.2022 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
