A State Resource Person Advocacy Programme was organised jointly by the State Resource Persons of Odisha Shri Ananda Satpathy and  Shri Chudamani Seth on ‘Competition Law and Public Procurement’ for the officers of the Directorate of Census Operations, Government of India, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 26.08.2022 through physical mode.
