A State Resource Person Advocacy Programme was organised jointly by the State Resource Person of Assam Shri Umesh Kumar and Tanuj Goswami on ‘Competition Law and Public Procurement’ for the Officers Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System (AS-CFMS) Finance Department, Govt. of Assam through Hybrid mode on 25.11.2022.
